Rooms were shabby, unclean; staff extremely non-cooperative. Kitchen served me food nearly 1 hours 30 minutes after the order

The house- keeping was pathetic. One had to repeatedly ask for towels and then given tattered rags. The restaurant had hardly any choice for food. Hot water was not available in the room
